What is a Treatment Coordinator?
The treatment coordinator’s role is to be the liaison between patient and dentist; a kind of personal guide to assist patients at any stage on their dental journey and to be on hand to offer support, advice and explanations in plain, jargon-free language. Our Treatment Coordinator is a free service that we offer to all patients
What will having a Treatment Coordinator mean for you?
- You can come in and speak about our treatment options prior to seeing a dentist– what are the differences between them and what are the potential costs of each.
- If you are confused about orthodontic/braces you can speak to our Treatment Coordinator to explain the options to you.
- If you feel a little embarrassed to show your teeth – you know they require treatment but don’t know where to start, our Treatment Coordinator can show you past cases with huge success and talk you through each treatment and prices for same.
- If you have previously had a bad experience with a dentist and would like some reassurance, our Treatment Coordinator will actively listen to your concerns and explore each one with you.
- If you have previously had a bad experience with a dentist and would like some reassurance, our Treatment Coordinator will actively listen to your concerns and explore each one with you.
- If, like many people you are absolutely terrified of the dentist and the dentist chair, our Treatment Coordinator can tell you exactly what to expect and also about the pain free options we have here.
- Upon speaking with you, our Treatment Coordinator will book you in with the appropriate dentist depending on what service you require.
- Your relationship doesn’t end after your first visit with the Dentist, our Treatment Coordinator is on hand after also.
What happens after my visit to the Dentist?
* Our Treatment Coordinator will explain your treatment plan, how long it will take, what is involved, how much it will cost and payment options.
* Your Treatment Coordinator will be your personal point of contact for any other concerns or questions that you may have during and after your treatment.
How do you avail of our FREE Treatment Coordinator services?
- Call us on T: 01 454 2022 and we will arrange a time that suits you.
NOTE: A consultation with our treatment coordinator is a free preliminary consultation. It is not a substitute for a clinical examination, and all patients will need a full dental examination before undergoing any treatment. Potential costs given by the Treatment Coordinator are a general outline of costs, once a full dental check with the dentist is complete a more tailored treatment and cost plan will be provided.
